Event and Registration Policy
*RESERVATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We are required to provide a firm, final number of reservations [to the catering venue] by noon one week preceding the event, and we are held to that number. This is why reservations, vegetarian requests, and cancellations must be made by this deadline. Once your reservation/prepayment is made and this deadline has been reached, you are responsible for payment whether or not you attend. Payment must be made prior to the event via ChamberMaster, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), by calling the Twinsburg Chamber.
Event registration refunds:
Refunds for payment will only be processed in the event of a clear duplicate registration error.
Requested refunds will only be given before the posted event deadline (by noon one week prior to event). If payment is by credit card, a $2.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Non-Members:
Non-members can attended any of our free networking events up to 2x before joining. If the networking event has a fee, you will pay the non-member rate ($35.00). Also, if you are attending a networking event and you are representing an organization that is a member, please be mindful and only represent that organization you are there for and not your business that is a non-member.

*Please Note: All Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce events will be photographed/videotaped and published/printed/distributed on the Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and used in marketing materials and advertisements that will be printed and distributed. Membership: In order to receive the member discount price and/or attend member only events, membership dues must be up-to-date.
DONATION REQUESTS
Requests for special or regular donations to charitable, philanthropic, recreational or promotional programs which are not in conformance with regular Chamber of Commerce activities or aligned with our mission shall not be considered.
